While you cannot send books or magazines to an inmate, you can arrange for publications like this to be sent to an inmate direct from a publisher. The books just cannot come from a third party.
Sending Money
You can send money to an inmate’s commissary account TouchPay. This system allows you to pay with a debit or credit card, pay at the kiosk in the jail, or even make a payment over the phone. It should only take about 30 minutes for an inmate to have access to the money you send.
You can pay through TouchPay online here, or you can pay in the lobby at a kiosk 24 horus a day. Lastly, you can also call 715-373-6322, 715-373-6117. To make a payment over the phone, you will need the site ID number.
Phone calls
While inmates cannot receive phone calls, you can set up an inmate to call you by establishing a prepaid account, and adding funds to the account.
In addition to adding funds to a prepaid account, you also are able to leave a voice mail message for an inmate at the Bayfield County Jail. You can only do this if the prepaid account is set up, and the voice mail can be up to 30 seconds.
You can make payments to the phone accounts by using a credit or debit card through Western Union.

Visitation
Inmates at the Bayfield County Jail can have 2 Forty-five minute visits per week on Saturdays and Sundays.

Make sure you plan to dress conservatively, and do not bring any illicit materials into the jail when you are visiting, or you will be turned away.
