The easiest way to visit is via a non-contact video visitation. These visits occur at the Clark|skamania County Jail Visitation Center located at 500 West 11th Street, Vancouver, WA, 98666-5000. You can visit daily between 7:45a.m. to 7:30 p.m, but only if you have an appointment.
Before you visit, you need to call 360-397-2201 ext 4041 between 8am-7pm to schedule a visit. Call one day before you are planning on visiting an inmate. You can schedule a visit at a computer in the lobby, if you do not have access at home to a computer.

Sending a Mail/Care Package

Include your name and a return address on the envelope or the letter might be discarded without delivery to the inmate. Mail will be open and screened by jail staff prior to delivery. You can call the Clark|skamania County Jail to inquire about if you can send books or packages. Some books are acceptable if they are sent directly from the publisher and not from a third party.

Inmates cannot receive calls, but they can call you. You will need to accept charges and take responsibility for payment. Visitation
