Sending Money

There are a few different ways to provide money to an inmate at the Norfolk Juvenile Detention Center. You can bring it in person, send it in the mail, do it online, or you can call and pay over the phone.

You need to know the inmate’s name, the inmate’s identification number, and where the inmate is located.

You can deposit money at any MoneyGram location, including any CVS or Walmart. To do this, have the code handy, and plan to pay with cash or debit card.

Phone calls

Inmates cannot receive phone calls, and the only way for them to call you is through the phone service provider, Securus. Set up an account in order to receive phone calls. You can do this by calling 757-441-5667 or by going to their website here.
