The easiest way to visit is via a non-contact video visitation. These visits occur at the Berkeley County Jail Visitation Center located at 300 California Avenue, Moncks Corner, SC, 29461. You can visit daily between 7:45a.m. to 7:30 p.m, but only if you have an appointment.

Before you visit, you need to call 843-719-4546 between 8am-7pm to schedule a visit. Call one day before you are planning on visiting an inmate. Sending a Mail/Care Package

Phone calls

Inmates cannot receive calls, but they can call you. You will need to accept charges and take responsibility for payment. It should be free for less than a minute, while the inmate tells you he is calling, then you will need to add funds to his account. You can add funds while on the phone by paying with a credit card.

Visitation

You need to schedule a visit at least one day in advance of the visit so they can approve you. You can schedule your visit in a kiosk in the lobby of the jail, and you can do this 24 hours a day.
