Sending a Mail/Care Package

Send mail to this address:

Inmate Name and Montana DC#

PO Box G, Warm Springs, MT, 59756

Sending Money

In Montana, you can now only send money to an inmate electronically. Do not send a money order in the mail. You will want to use a company like JPAY, Keefe, or Global Tel Link to send money electronically to an inmate.

There will be a fee for each transaction, depending upon how much money you are sending and which company you use.

Sending money electronically instead of in the mail means that the money is processed faster and inmates will have access to their money faster.

Phone calls

Since inmates at the Warm Springs Treament & Change Program cannot receive calls, you will need to get on the approved visitor’s list in order for them to make phone calls to you. Fill out the visiting application and select “phone priveliges.” You can find an application online by clicking here.

If you are approved for in person visits, you will be approved for phone calls as well.

Inmates can call collect or use a prepaid phone account through a third party vendor. The Warm Springs Treament & Change Program staff will not take messages for an inmate.

Visitation

You must be first preapproved as a visitor, and the jail can restrict visits at any time.

Send an application in to the inmate or the Warm Springs Treament & Change Program visitation office.

You can send the application to:

Warm Springs Treament & Change Program Visitation Office
PO Box G, Warm Springs, MT, 59756

It can take up to 60 days for you to get approved as a visitor. Once you are approved, you can schedule a visit during the visitation time periods, and make plans to visit an inmate. Be sure to dress conservatively and do not bring in anything to the prison, not even a cell phone, as you will be forced to leave the facility without visiting.
