Challenge Incarceration Program

All mail will be opened, read, and inspected by jail staff before it is distributed to inmates.
You can send money to an inmate a few different ways. Send a money order made payable to the inmate and also be sure to include the ID number of the inmate. Send it to the address listed above.
You can also ask an inmate to fill out a "request for disbursement of funds" form, which will make it easier for you to deposit money.
You can send up to $500 a month to an inmate, and they can spend this money at the Challenge Incarceration Program commissary.
Inmates cannot receive phone calls, but they can call out via collect or through a prepaid account, which you can pay for. They can use an account through a third party provider (Evercom, Securus, Global Tel Link, ICSolutions etc.). Inmates at the Challenge Incarceration Program have access to phones during daytime hours.
Read the Challenge Incarceration Program visitation policy before setting up a visit. You can read that here
Before visiting, you will need to be approved. To get an application, you need to request this directly through the inmate. The inmate can provide you the application, fill that out, and then get pre-approved for a visit. You will need to pass a background check, so be up front if you have any criminal convictions on your record. When it is time to visit, prepare to dress conservatively and do not bring any contraband into the Challenge Incarceration Program. Inquire at the jail as to what the visitation schedule is.
