The Massachusetts Treatment Center is actually located 184 feet below sea level, making it the lowest elevation of a prison. You can send money a few different ways, either with a certified check, money order, personal check, or cashier's check. Certified check will get the money fastest to the inmate at the Massachusetts Treatment Center. The other options can be held for up to 30 days, so the inmate would not have access to the money in that timeframe.
Phone calls
Inmates at the Massachusetts Treatment Center cannot receive phone calls, but they can call you with a prepaid account or by calling collect at the expense of the recipient of the phone call.

Inmates at the Massachusetts Treatment Center will be allowed to make phone calls for up to 15 minutes at a time, and phones are available to inmates during daytime hours. Any phone call will likely be monitored and recorded.
Visitation
