Sending Money

Phone calls

Inmates need to create a telephone list that can have up to ten telephone numbers on it, and the list needs to be approved. Inmates at the Delaware Young Criminal Offenders Program can make updates every six months. The list may be updated once every six months (sometimes sooner for certain circumstances).
