Sending a Mail/Care Package

You can send money either at the kiosk in the lobby of the Somers City Jail or by submitting it online. The lobby kiosk is open 24 hours a day, and at the kiosk you can pay by cash or credit card. You will need to know the inmate's ID number to deposit money.

Visitation

Video visitation is available at the Somers City Jail. Again, you will need to create an account ahead of time with Securus. After you have an account set up, you can schedule visits online.

The video kiosks for visitation are in the lobby of the Adult Detention Center (Annex), located at 451 Main Street PO Box 308, Somers, CT, 06071. You can do a video visit any day of the week between 9AM and 11PM.

While it is a video chat, you will still be showing up at the Somers City Jail. Remember to dress conservatively and not bring in any contraband items.
