The easiest way to visit is via a non-contact video visitation. These visits occur at the El Paso County Jail Visitation Center located at 210 South Tejon Street, Colorado Springs, CO, 80903. You can visit daily between 7:45a.m. to 7:30 p.m, but only if you have an appointment.
Before you visit, you need to call 719-520-7100 between 8am-7pm to schedule a visit. Call one day before you are planning on visiting an inmate. Include your name and a return address on the envelope or the letter might be discarded without delivery to the inmate. Mail will be open and screened by jail staff prior to delivery. Inmates cannot receive calls, but they can call you. You will need to accept charges and take responsibility for payment.
