Sending Money

You can send mail to an inmate either at the Lee County Jail kiosk in the lobby of the jail by cash or credit card or online.

You can deposit up to $150 per credit card transaction and $500 per month.

If you are depositing cash, you can deposit as much as you want, but make sure the inmate will not be released before being able to spend everything in his account.

Phone calls

Inmates at the Lee County Jail can make phone calls with inmate debit account to landlines or cell phones. Funds will need to be added to an inmates account before he can make calls. Inmates cannot receive phone calls.

Inmates can receive visitors daily. You should call ahead to 334-737-3581, 334-749-5651 to make sure visitation is occurring that day and the inmate does not have any visitor restrictions. Make sure your name is on the pre-approved visitor list for the inmate you wish to see. If there is any type of facility lockdown, visitation would be canceled on that particular day. Plan ahead and make sure to dress conservatively and not bring any prohibited items into the Lee County Jail.
